Employee Verifier is a consent-based service, which allows companies to monitor employees in order to provide an early warning of those financial problems that may affect an individual's performance at work.
This service is used to review a selected group of employees in financially sensitive positions, for whom regular monitoring is both desirable and relevant.
In the first instance, Employee Verifier reports any adverse information immediately to the subject of that information - the employee. He or she is then given the opportunity to check the information.
In a very small minority of cases, information such as a County Court Judgment is recorded by the court without the knowledge of the individual.
If the accuracy of the data is challenged, Experian will help to resolve the issue. The aim is to ensure that the data on Experian's files is always correct in every detail. If the information is unchallenged, or found to be correct, Employee Verifier reports the same information to the employer. |
